Frequently Asked Questions
Reiki Master
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the knowledge that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A Reiki Master has attained the highest form and amount of training in this discipline empowering maximum results and ability to teach as well. |
Clairaudient Empath
Clairsentinences presents as a clear inner feeling. A sensation of chest pain for instance might indicate how the spirit passed over or a message for the client to see a physician if the client is experiencing similar feelings. Clairaudience presents as a clear inner hearing Hearing a song may indicate a special attachment to that particular form of music, the decade in which it was popular, or a special occasion for both the spiirt and the client, at which the song was played. A clairauditent clearly hears directions and conversations from spirit involving information regarding both past, present, and future from spirit pertaining to itself or the client. Clairvoyance is clear inner seeing. A vision or series of pictures, not unlike a slide show or video, present themselves to the practionone, generally via his/her third eye, which tell a story, or present a situation the practitioner needs to reveal or relate to the client. Generally, most practioners have a significant degree of all three but are usually stronger in one of these gifts. While clairsentience allows the psychic to "pick-up" the emotions and physical reactions of others, unlike an empath, the psychic doesn't necessarily feel them as her own emotions or physical pain. Many believe that clairsentience is a more highly-evolved form of empathy. A practioner that is both an empath and a psychic can heal, feel, and gather information from spirit with words, visions, and physical sensations.. |
Tapping
The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.
What is a Meridian Point? Put simply, meridian points are certain points that can be mapped throughout the body. Energy circulates through your body along this specific network of channels. You can tap into this energy at any point along the system. All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered. How does Tapping Work? The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that’s bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times each on 9 of the body’s meridian points. Tapping on these meridian points – while concentrating on accepting and resolving the negative emotion – will access your body’s energy, restoring it to a balanced state. |
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem — whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc. — and voice positive affirmations.

Psychic
A Psychic is a person with the ability of ESP (Extra-Sensory-Perception) The word ‘Psychic’ originates from the Greek word ‘psychikos’ (Pertaining to the Soul) and refers to the ‘psyche’ (The Human Mind).
The word psychic was coined by the renowned chemist William Crookes to describe Spiritualist medium Daniel Dunglas Home – a man who could levitate off the floor! Today Spiritualists would refer to a man like Home as a ‘medium’ because he had the ability to communicate with the dead. |
Medium
A medium uses his or her psychic or intuitive abilities to see the past, present and future events of a person by tuning into the spirit energy surrounding that person. This means mediums rely on the presence of non-physical energy outside of themselves for the information relevant to the person being read..

Soul Coach
The aim of Soul coaching is to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life. It's a system that helps to clear away mental, emotional and physical clutter so you can hear the messages from within. It also helps you discover your purpose so you can design a life that supports that mission.
Soul coaching is not therapy. Therapy usually focuses on emotional healing. It's also different from life coaching, which usually focuses on the attainment of a goal through motivation or inspiration. Soul coaching, however, is different from these practices as its primary aim is to clear away inner debris, so you can discover your own inner wisdom. |
Auras & Chakras
There are seven main energy centres of the body called chakras. These chakras are like spirals of energy where each one is relating to the others. Each Chakra is associated to a specific parts of your body, personality and emotion. Spiritual healing and colour therapy are common use to balance Chakras.
